Welcome to the Camp Mauka Online Registration Form

This is step one in registering your child for Camp Mauka Summer Camps. Please fill out the entire form clearly. Your desired camp will not be guaranteed until registration is complete. Make sure that you pay your $50.00 non-refundable deposit in order to save your spot. You can pay online or by sending a check payable to Camp Mauka, P.O. Box 1990 Kapa’a, HI 96746. Your deposit will be returned if a camp fills up.

Once you submit this form you will be contact by Camp Mauka via e-mail or phone. We will request that you complete the parental release form and mail that to our office.
